I love Robeez and it's always the first shoe my kids wear! The brand's commitment to proper foot development will keep me buying these shoes. The styles are also very cute! I bought my daughter's first pair of shoes (Robeez) for her birthday. Her birthday was at the end of September. When she put these shoes on for the third time, one shoe kept falling off. Super weird! When I got home I compared the shoes side by side. A shoe that didn't stay put should have ripped the back elastic in the heel. It just has to be a fault in the shoes they sent me because my LO can't even walk yet. The boots have not been worn or are torn. PLEASE HELP! The heel feature is another main reason my family loves this shoe! The return window closed 6 days ago, but we didn't notice a problem until that window closed (we don't wear closed shoes in our family until it gets too cold!). These shoes are too expensive not to have a pair that lasts.
