The customer service is great! They are always willing to help. They have a variety of options to choose from. The system is easy to use and allows you to customize and create your own layouts. It is more complex than I would like, but it is not impossible for someone with minimal experience. The platform is a great way to organize events and keep track of the many aspects of the event. The best thing about this software is that it has an application for every event you plan to host. It is easy to use and easy to navigate. The only problem I have with this software is that sometimes when I try to go back to a previous screen, it will not let me. This happens when I am trying to add another page or change something else. But overall, I would say other then that, everything is great. I have used this software for weddings, graduations, baby showers, birthday parties, etc.
