I am so pleased with this product I don't even know where to start. I first bought it for my son who had problems with insomnia and restlessness at night. I bought a bottle of GABA and Serotonin. My husband and I wanted to try it first before giving it to our 11 year old. We started GABA and slept so DEEP and RIGHT that we were amazed in the mornings. He wakes up at 3am worrying about work and I always wake up overthinking every bad decision I've ever made. We've had such good experiences with GABA that we've also added serotonin. I wake up in the morning and I feel so good. When supplementing serotonin, make sure you give yourself time to sleep. These two together blow our minds! We enjoyed the performance so much that we gave it to our son. I am happy to report that my son is sleeping better (he has PANS) and his anxiety is consistently low.
