I got one of these for the first time from my dentist. Sufficient for several years of daily use. I would have preferred to buy about 3 separate ones but wanted them to be in manufacturer sealed packaging. They work so well. I use one after my morning coffee. It "scrapes" all those brown particles out of the coffee and eliminates coffee smell. It's easy to use and reversible: one side is so soft I never use it. Can this help with tongue sensitivity due to thrush? The other side works fine. You just hold each end and gently bend it into an arc shape like a U. My last one broke after years of use and I bent it into a V shape.
