Review on Gatco 4062 Elevate Towel Brushed by Sue Baccam

So I bought 2 of these towel rails about 2 or 3 months ago and my husband just installed them yesterday because we were renovating our bathroom. So the wall mount is too small for the base of the holder. So if you try to tighten the included little screw, nothing will hold together, the holder just pops off. So we ended up using a larger screw that I was told to paint gold, but it's still visible. And even after that, the whole piece is still moving. So we know the mount is too small. Now we have to go to the home store and buy that too. On the other hand we also noticed that part of the holder is crooked as you can see in the photos, so I'm sad about that because I really like them and also because it's too late to change them!
