Gatco 4062 Elevate Towel Brushed Review

Very high quality! As others have noted, this is a very high quality towel ring (much higher quality than the standard "big box" storage rings (we've used a few of these in other bathrooms). We chose them because the shape matched our mirrors. / The bracket is molded and includes multiple bracket attachment options.Overall this is one of the best towel rings we've seen.Highly recommend.

I love this look but unfortunately the brass handle that connects to the brass plate is bent so the ring is also crooked. I've tried loosening the screw on the back with an Allen wrench to straighten the knob, but it's so tight it just won't move. You can see how it looks crooked on my subway tile lines. If I hadn't already used the anchors to install I would return them for a new one. Such a shame.

Solid brass towel ring, very good quality and modern. It's not shiny, but I wanted matte gold, which is exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately it came without screws and a plate to hang the towel ring so I called the manufacturer and they answered straight away saying there was no problem sending the missing parts. That's how customer service should be, but most of the time it's not. I was very glad I bought it from them and I will be ordering another one for my other bathroom. Thank you!

So I bought 2 of these towel rails about 2 or 3 months ago and my husband just installed them yesterday because we were renovating our bathroom. So the wall mount is too small for the base of the holder. So if you try to tighten the included little screw, nothing will hold together, the holder just pops off. Let me just say I thought I could just use the plate that was already attached to my wall from a previous towel rail. nope I had to use the nozzle included in the kit with a different nozzle than the previous one. The only other complaint I have is that I don't know who thought it would make sense to use a small hex head screw for something you know happens right on the wall! It would be nice if all the fasteners were included. My contractor was only able to hang one of the three because the other two didn't have brackets.
