Supplied in an attractive box with a gold plaque. But fur. Waterproof. But NOT windproof. Very little power on the lighter. I touched it to see if it works at all. Gives a good ZAP. Don't suggest it. I had trouble igniting a piece of paper from it for a few seconds. I noticed that the ceiling fan was on in the room I was sitting in. The paper just caught fire when I switched rooms and it still lasted about 5 seconds. How is a tactical lighter? I wouldn't pack this one without a backup, such a useless toy. I want to send back. The light is also already flickering and unstable. (There is also a blinking mode that works) This is crap. save your money
