Review on 8-Stage Faucet Water Filter - PURIFY by Scoony Taker

The filter itself is excellent and if you contact the company they will answer your questions with pictures and be friendly. However, depending on your sink, installing this thing can be tricky. This guide is terrible and is not hosted online. So if you dunk them on installation, you're out of luck. The manual doesn't even say clearly which way the filter is pointing, nor does it show the little plastic O-ring that's bound to fall down the sink if you don't know about it. I know because I kept getting sprayed in the face until I discovered it while washing the dishes. The decorative element makes it incredibly difficult to unscrew if you forget a washer and have to reinstall it. The instructions say it's optional, but on our sink, screwing on the main body was the only option. This leaves the least amount of room to try and get a wrench to unscrew it. Very annoying. I saw this installation video in pictures today. I wish I had known about this when I first installed! Don't even look at the manual, use this video - it shows you each part and puts the steps in a different order than the manual. I have to unscrew the thing again because now in the video I see another missing part. I'd rather have a new faucet than try to take that thing apart again.
