
I spent a small fortune a month on Starbucks Bacon and Egg Gruyère. I was convinced they literally put crack in it until I realized that's exactly how they're cooked with sous vide. I decided to take the plunge because it was really worth seeing how much money I spent on Starbucks eggs 🤣 This product is amazing. The packaging was great and it had literally everything you need to get started except for a water container, but you can just use a big big pot to get started. My first meat test was pork loin, and it was the juiciest, most tender cut of pork I've ever eaten. I finally tried to copy my favorite Starbucks Egg Bite Cat recipe and the texture was perfect! Insanely delicious and I won't spend that much time queuing for something I can make at home. Another reason I made this purchase was my upcoming bariatric surgery. Sous vide meat is very tender and much easier to swallow, so it's becoming a staple in my everyday cooking. I am very happy with this product and recommend it to my friends and family. The possibilities are endless!
