Review on Renewed Samsung Galaxy S10, 128GB Flamingo Pink - Fully Unlocked for Easy Access by Ha Joon ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

A little bit not what I expected, generally fine.

Samsung was taken aback by the complete absence of any essential functions, including a widget for a stock calculator. You can turn the screen on by double-tapping it, but the only way to turn it off is to press the button that's on the side of the device. A difficult-to-use interface that lacks any customization choices, a significant number of blank spaces, and fonts that are too small. Minimal pop-up notifications that do not even make it possible to view SMS codes sent by banks; this feature cannot be adjusted in any manner. It is not possible to silence an incoming call by placing the phone with the display down on the table, nor is there a mode that corresponds to the common scenario of having the phone in one's pocket and activating the vibration feature. Even if the phone is face down on a table or tucked away in your pocket, the Always on Display will not switch off. The waterfall screen does not have any applications in the real world, and roundings are only distracting when viewing a video or photo. The screen is, in general, the most significant letdown; whereas in the middle models A71 and A51 Samsung made displays that are more or less normal and are easy on the eyes, in the s10 and s20 the pulsations exceed all norms, and even the Chinese displays are already safer. While Samsung made displays that are easy on the eyes in the A71 and A51 models, the pulsations in the s10 and s20 are excessive. Using the same device for more than an hour per day, particularly when the brightness is set to medium, is an unpleasant experience.

Pros
  • One of the very few former flagships available in a size that is both quite tiny and equipped with a 3.5mm connector. Excellent cameras Excellent pair of headphones.
Cons
  • No matter what Samsung aficionados say, the eyes will get considerably tired while looking at a screen with a strong PWM effect, which has a ripple coefficient at medium brightness that is greater than 100%. In addition to the brake, the location of the on/off key is awkwardly placed. The fingerprint sensor is also quite small.
