You really aren't liable. My problem is that they hold up.

They really are non-stick. My problem is that they hold on to oil you add to the food or oil the food releases as it cooks and I can't wash it off. I tried soaking it in soapy water and applying dish soap directly to the surface to let it sit for a while. nothing has worked yet. At first it always seems clean, then, after drying, oil rises from it. Discomfort after a few uses but I'm still using them.
