This works like the most popular brand does. The flavor is so-so, but the strength is fine. I am using a white and green teabag blend that is usually a delicious cup of tea or iced tea. after two uses, it does not empty the Reservoir. Also, once the tea is made you have to hold onto the lid to pour it; the lid comes off way too easily.and the pitcher is extremely flimsy. tried to contact the manufacturer to see if this is BPA free with no ability to do so.It is an attractive machine but to me it's not worth the price. I am returning this.
