Works like an inverter, but USB output is not filtered well - causes hum in speaker!

Works as an inverter but USB output is not filtered - noisy AC component at 5VDC. Works for charging but not as a source for a USB device such as a USB powered speaker. Suggest redesigning it and adding some extra filtering to the USB circuit. I'm not using it for its intended purpose, instead using the TV's output to power the USB soundbar. The USB power supply of the TV is better filtered. USB inverter causes hum in speaker - no USB TV.
