The support is great, they are always willing to help you out if there's anything we need assistance in or have any questions about their products! Their customer service team will be able answer all of your queries within minutes which made our job much easier as well; this has been very beneficial for us because now it saves time from having multiple calls back &amp4 forth between different departments trying get answers/assistance etc., We've used them mainly through reseller accounts but sometimes I do send work directly too so no real issues at least not yet :) If anyone wants an easy solution without being tied down by contracts then definitely go ahead!! They're fantastic. - Pricing structure can seem quite steep (especially when using Reseller packages) however once set up everything works perfectly fine.- Great Customer Service Team who really know what thier doing even though its just online chat rather than over phone conversations like some companies may offer better options / more personal experience.
