Review on Sky Comfort Fatigue Kitchens Standing by Mohammed Prude

I ordered it for my daughter as a Christmas present. When it arrived it was folded in half and had a crease. I left it on the floor for several days, hoping the crease would smooth out. But that's not the case. There wasn't enough time to send it back to Revane and get a new one by Christmas. I emailed Sky Home Products to ask if there was anything I could do to smooth out the wrinkles in the carpet. They contacted me and said they would send me a new carpet free of charge and I could keep the damaged one. Now it's customer service. I did not expect this. If I ever need a new carpet, I will only buy from this company. You really impressed me. Not only did I get a new carpet, I also arrived on Christmas Eve. My daughter liked the rug, she has it in her kitchen. We saved the damaged one and put it in the garage. My husband doesn't mind the crease. He has back problems and this mat helps him stand longer while he works on his little project. I saw other reviews where people said this rug smelled bad. It doesn't smell, not even a little. I am very happy with my purchase and very happy with the customer service.
