The system was exactly what I expected. It arrived on time and in great shape. Everything worked as advertised. The cameras will all be connected automatically. Then one day. The recorder has stopped transmitting video to the monitor. I restarted it and the video is back. never mind A few days later it happened again. And again. I thought I might need some input. but could not find any documentation indicating that this is required. This morning there is no video output until I switch to HDMI 2 on the monitor. This is an old monitor. maybe that fixes the problem. I'll leave this review for now. and update it when tech support replies and check if the problem is with the monitor. The system functions are great, as is the quality of the recordings. I'm happy with the product as long as we can fix the video problem.
