Review on YCLIENTS by Jane Ostin

I have been working in a beauty salon in Ankara and we have been using YClients there to schedule appointments. Frankly speaking idea of the program is great and useful, but customer service and problem solving that suppose to be provided by company representatives is terrible. We had problems with app update. After each and every update all of the appointments are being deleted, and it is super hard to recover them all at once especially when update comes unexpectedly. We tried reaching out Customer Service reps, but first she would be telling that she has to confirm details with head office and now she doesn't even pick up her phone. We wanted to extend service and pay for the program in order not to change the system, but company rep doesn't pick up her phone... Therefore, those who are in Turkey, try to look for an app with strong customer care services.
