I still haven't found a sound setup I like on this amp. I just can't get the crossovers and filters right. The previous amp I'm comparing it to was a $200 Alpine 200W. His sound was clear and light. I don't think I had to touch the filters for a clean sound. But this one, I just can't get it right. It's not bad, just not good. By price. It's worth it, but if you care about sound quality, you'd better do some research on the market. Also note that this amp has a 1-2 second delay with a noticeable pop. It's okay, but it's better to know in advance.
