At first I thought these vapor outlets were stupid. Next, I tried airing out my new Instant Pot. Ventilation is actually basic, but it's worth venting all the steam from the underside of the upper cabinets in my kitchen. When I know I'm going to be venting as part of a recipe, I turn on the diverter before the pot is even hot.
