I'll admit I was a bit skeptical but I gave this to my 14 year old who has been suffering from severe arthritis for about 3 weeks. After a doctor's visit because of lameness and pain, we went for a follow-up examination, my vet asked if I gave him lots of painkillers, said no, but I've increased the dosage in the last 2 weeks and noticed that he doesn't twitch when jumping. I'm not sure if it works that quickly, but he seems very happy and high-spirited, just like when he was young.
