I tried several types before I found this one. I didn't buy it for vent holders. I live in OK and you are NOT blocking the valuable AC here. It sits well in the cup holder. It has 2 snuffs so you don't have to wait for the passengers to get out before you can take yours out. It's a decent height, the top is fitted and the sides are straight so you don't have to pull it out of the cup holder just for the top to pop out on you. (This happens to my shiny sister) The tobacco box holes are big enough to fit the butt, you don't need to crush it there and the butt won't fall down because the hole is too small or too shallow. The lights are good but if you leave them outside and get wet they stop working. I don't care if I drive, I still blow my ass without looking. You know, because I'm driving and I have to keep my eyes on the road? Anyway, I haven't (borrowed) my truck for a long time and we put our ashtrays on the porch. Nice and tidy. They are easy to deflate and clean and very stylish which is hard to find in cigarettes. I will be buying another to replace my sister's shiny one which is difficult to clean and the top keeps falling off.
