Review on Firstlogic Solutions by Daniel Aboubakar

I have used this product since it was first introduced in 2010. The ease of implementation has made life easier when dealing with our large enterprise customer base that includes over 1000 users across various countries around the world. It is still not clear to me how we can go about implementing analytics into these products as you cannot easily do so without some technical knowledge. At least from what i understand thus far there are no plugins or extensions available at present time but if one comes out then its great! Dimensional modeling which allows us to perform analysis using dimensions like date/time etc.
