Good mat, picks up debris like every other mat I've ever had
I've got a few days of my 30's left, and I cannot do situps on the floor anymore. I can't really do anything on the floor, nor even the area rug. I'm a little surprised at what exercise mats cost these days, but this is as good as any I've ever had.
