We've had several trampolines over the years. I have 3 kids and it is rare that the trampoline is not in use literally every day in the summer. We love this trampoline and even though my kids are teenagers we would have happily purchased a new one when ours got bent in the last windstorm. I don't leave reviews but I was absolutely shocked that customer service sent us a new single rail free of charge when I reached out about the damage. I was prepared to pay or just acknowledge it couldn't be done and start fresh, which has happened in the past with other trampolines. Customer service is a 10, trampoline is awesome and we are very pleased with quality and value of our purchase. I highly recommend this product
