The strap that was supposed to be holding the neck pillow came undone immediately when I started stretching it to get it in place, but it doesn't need to be put on unless you lie completely in the chair. The chair also got quite squeaky and noisy when moved around in it, which is a bit annoying, but overall the chair is comfortable and solid. The back of the seat is long and very comfortable for a tall person, but if you have broader shoulders, the corners on either side of the backrest sit a bit uncomfortably on your shoulder blades and they are not padded. So if you're broad-based, you might want to consider something else. If not, the mesh back is totally comfortable and durable. If you're looking for value, this is a solid option in this range.
