Review on Reputation All Over by Zach Peterson

I appreciate that this software is very simple to use,it's easy for me to manage all my online reputation in one place.It gives great insights of what people are saying about your business or product online which helps you understand how customers perceive it.This also allows us to track our competitors' activities as well as monitor customer sentiment towards them so we can improve accordingly. The only thing i dislike sometimes when using it during peak hours (especially at night) there might be some lag time while replying comments/reviews but overall its an amazing tool! We use it daily & have seen good results from having better understanding of consumer perception.
