I recently purchased a set of baking ramekins for my home and kitchen needs, and I am so pleased with their performance. As a result of my tests, I determined that these ramekins are the perfect size for mini desserts, such as individual crème brûlées, chocolate lava cakes, or fruit tarts. The assorted colors also add a lovely touch to my table setting. The only downside is that they are not microwave safe, but that is a small price to pay for such high-quality bakeware.
