This item came from Powersportsuperstore. It came with two other wing tips that were mailed in a bubble envelope. The double sided tape had ripped off the first 1/2 inch near the edge, but I tried to install it anyway. The edge of the tip was deformed during installation so that it rubs against the metal wing. According to Powersportsuperstore, to send it back you have to pay the shipping costs even if you exchange it. It's funny since it's "free shipping" for the customer. I've bought from Powersportsuperstore a few times with no problems so the first time I had a problem I figured they would take care of a repeat customer. I was wrong. Your customer service sucks. This was my last purchase from them. Now I'm looking at @Dennis Kirk (very good customer service) and JP Cycle.
