I received this pan a few days ago. It's not really holding up at the moment. Nice design and copper color, bye. I've enjoyed cooking with it and it heats up really well over medium heat. However, the lid is a total failure. The handle heats up in just a minute on medium heat and I wasn't expecting that, I guess I'm used to the lid handles not heating up. But the worst thing is the design of the lid. I fried a piece of fish the day I got it and the lid was only in the pan a few minutes so the lid shouldn't have messed up much. It has an aluminum strip that holds the glass, and it has a little groove in it, and there's a big sticky mess where the oil has pooled in it and "burned" on it. The only way to clean it is with something like a toothpick, but honestly I think even that would be impossible because the stains that collect outside the groove tend to stick to the aluminum. The lid also scratched the silver rim on the palette. Update: I forgot to mention that the dishwashing water gets stuck in this gutter and doesn't drain.
