Plastic isn't the best idea for a hamster.

The holes he breathes through are plastic and he chewed on them within 5 minutes of being in them. I will definitely not be able to use it again. Can I return it, it wasn't cheap and I could maybe use the money for a better one. I just need a guide on how to get it back.
