A very unpleasant cooking experience, assuming you can cook something from this fine piece of junk: 1- The thermocouples are defective and you will need several attempts to ignite the burners and risk burning your hands if you don't do this. Wait a minute between attempts. 2- It is not possible to set the burners to low or medium flame, the flame range is from high to extra high. 3- Since there is no way to adjust the flame, you will burn and throw away food for a week at a higher cost than a stove. 4- This is a useless beautiful hob. 5- And you can mess up the top of your cabinet if the replacement hob doesn't fit in the hole you made for this one. If you use propane don't buy it, for natural gas users I can't tell if it works as bad as propane. I use it with propane and the included smaller propane nozzles.
