Pressure works, heat doesn't work

This is the second brand of handheld massagers I've tried. The first, Cincom, was disappointing, also there were no instructions or pouch, the 'heater' was hot but only worked on half the arm and the box had the previous return slip. This Lunix looks good and costs more. The packaging looks like new, there are instructions in the box. These are not arthritis gloves, although a label in the sealed bag indicates they are there (probably invisible 🤣). The "heat" supplied is barely warm and does not "warm up" for up to 10 minutes. If you press the "mode" button to show the whole red hand, ie heat the whole hand (I don't think the instructions say so), then all printing functions will stop. If you use the temperature button and turn on the red heat indicator, you keep the pressure capabilities but get a barely warm spot on your upper arm, despite having to wait ten minutes, and then the recommended session is over. The "heat" function is therefore practically eliminated. This is not a real "massage" of the hand, but a pump that presses and releases air. If there was more arm room I would probably try the gel heating pad and set the pressure to the minimum setting and maybe get some real heat therapy. But if you need heat, this isn't the device you need. Cincom is much better for warmth.
