Review on Powerful and Versatile: American Crafts Zap Embossing Heat Gun Unleashed! by Shantel Griffin

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Fast and easy!

I've never used a heat gun so I have no comparison with it. But I don't see how it could be better! So far I've made 120 date cards for my wedding with it. Each card was stamped "Save the Date" with Martha Stewart's black embossing powder, which heated and hardened the Zap gun in 3-5 seconds! Each card also had a corner die-cut using Ranger's ultra-fine gold stamping powder, which allowed the spray gun to heat and cure 7-10 seconds longer. The gun did not smoke yet and there were no problems! (hopefully) September 24, 2012 edit: I used this heat gun when I was abroad (with a transformer) and when I came home to finish ALL my wedding projects including: 200 wedding invitations (covers, invitation mat, acceptance card, instructions card, reply card) 200 thank you cards, 50 bachelor party cards, 50 menu cards, 25 table numbers and 200 thank you labels. The gun never smoked. This is a great purchase! (Also, handmade brides - my husband helped me, and the only thing he liked to do was use that "weapon" - it was the only job that seemed manly enough to him - so get your men!).
