I thought buying 100 pairs would last a very long time but I was wrong. I'm about halfway through the bag and have been wearing it for about 3 months. Two main issues for me: 1. If you wear earrings every day and can't sleep in them (so you have to take them off at night) you'll find that after about 3 uses the backing slips in too easily and isn't as secure as at the first time. You have to throw it out and replace it with another pair from the pack, so I was halfway through the pack in just a few months. 2. The plastic part falls off. Unfortunately, one of my earrings broke a few years ago, so my earring is longer than the other. I need a piece of plastic to keep the silver piece from getting stuck in my oblong earring hole. If plastic parts keep falling off, I have to throw the rest away because the silver part alone is useless to me. For $6 it's worth it but don't think they will last as long as I did. originally thought. You will not. I will keep looking for another brand that I hope will last longer.
