1 star deduction for the short screw.
Once installed the mount is secure and my Gamin Edge 1030 clicks into place. Comes with two rubber seals. My bar is 31.4mm. With the smallest spacer, it was a real effort to tighten the bolt. I recommend 1-2 mm longer.
