I've had the same product for years and it worked great but the motor eventually died. So I ordered a replacement. It was delivered promptly but like other recent reviewers the batteries were badly rusted. This seller must have had them for a long time. But the product works great with good batteries. I've never used any other product so I can't compare how well it works. All I can say is that this model suits me. I build up hard calluses and this model grinds them down. Although this may take a few minutes. However, I prefer slow but sure.
