The batteries that came with it were old and full of acid! Not the best way to receive the goods. It must have been stored for a very long time!

I've only had this baby a few days but I've fallen in love. My feet were covered with very thick calluses from years of walking in bad shoes and lack of foot care. Each of my thumbs had calluses so large that it looked like my fingers were deformed. When this callus remover arrived, I immediately put in the batteries and a coarse coffee grinder and went into my (dry) bath. (You should use this type with dry feet - water is a bad idea here). I have used this product. It does what it's supposed to do. It lasts about a year and a half with regular use, so I keep replacing it. Batteries should be checked before shipment as they are completely corroded.

This is by far the best I've tried. I tried Amope, Dr. Scholl and more. This is my favorite. I bought it from Ulta but then found refills from Revain. VICTORY. I have been using this item to support my feet for over 2 years. It's messy and takes a lot of patience to fix, but I LOVE this thing! Edited to say I've had pretty rough feet for a while. , after hard work in even worse shoes. If that doesn't work for you at all, you can take those Groot legs to the Doctor or Rocket Raccoon.

It was delivered promptly but like other recent reviewers the batteries were badly rusted. This seller must have had them for a long time. But the product works great with good batteries. This is a great product. It works much faster and better than Amope. The end result is much better and smoother! I didn't give it five stars because the batteries expired in 2018 and leaked acid all over the box. Not sure if this means it's a slow seller or if my box has been brought back to life under the counter! Either way, this is a great product!
