Works perfectly, fits FJ Cruiser snugly, with correct tilt. As FJ Cruisers vary slightly in the height of the antenna mounting holes this grommet can be moved a little lower to accommodate it if needed and is made of soft rubber so it spreads out nicely and makes an excellent tight barrier against the fender that is quite of course looks as if the manufacturers had placed it there. The originals love to tear, as the thin tendrils whip around and rip it apart as they drag the mount behind them. To solve this problem, you can purchase a shorter 13" short antenna for the FJ Cruiser, also sold here at Revain. They fit this hub perfectly and don't dangle as much to protect the hub. But this hub seems to be better finished than the original factory hub, so it should hold up well even if you leave a long whip on it. Remember to tighten everything, at least by hand.
