Review on OXO Good Grips Citrus Squeezer by Megan Edwards

I had one of the standard yellow juicers. The paint was peeling off after heavy use, so I opted for something more durable. At first this juicer seemed to get the job done. But in the end I discovered a flaw in its design. Look at the second picture in the description and you will see that there is a hump sticking out in the middle of the bottom cup. This bulge creates an area around itself where the citrus fruits are not bruised. I was squeezing limes at a friend's when I got suspicious, so I put the limes back in their standard yellow juicer. Of course, without the bulge, the plain juicer squeezed about twice as much juice from those limes that had already passed through the OXO Juicer. It was past the return period so I threw it away.
