Does exactly what I wanted.
We use this at work as a warning to people climbing stairs. Perfect. That works great. Unfortunately, the least intrusive ringer is the doorbell, followed by "Hello," so I would have liked a simpler doorbell option. Overall it works as expected, even in corners and with metal walls between the receiver and the sensor.
