Works great but you need Displayport connectors
I upgraded my WD15 dock and needed to order a DVI connector for the Displayport to get my two monitors working. Super cool, 180W extra power. I called and spoke to Dell and they told me that newer 180w laptops and dual monitors would/work better. Not sure if they just sold me a WD19 instead of the 180w WD15 option, but whatever, it works and I have two monitors again - a requirement!
