Easy platform for customer tracking and reservations
I like that it is very easy to use, with an intuitive interface as well! It allows me access my data anywhere at any time from all of our properties in one location which makes life easier when managing your business/property online or even whilst out & about working away so easily accessible via smart phones etc too! There isn't anything really i dislike but maybe there could be more filters within each page? Maybe make some pages only available once you have reached certain levels / achieved something e such eg booking over 10 rooms per month would show up then perhaps?? Otherwise great product we are using throughout property management team!! We can now log who came into what areas without having staff constantly checking logs manually this also means no missing important information either (we don’t!).
- The ease for users especially guests because its always kept safe they know exactly where their keycode info will go if lost during check in process meaning not much effort needed by front office manager making bookings.It does keep track automatically saving managers' valuable times off doing admin work while providing guest's necessary requirements..it takes seconds before getting confirmation email after creating
