This product looks like it has been opened before. The first one I received I asked for an exchange thinking it had been opened as the box had been torn open and had no seal. I then received a second box which was also a bit torn and the product was packaged the same way so I guess that's it. That's the whole product just thrown into a bag which is then placed in a box. There is no seal on wax, butter and shea butter. Couldn't tell if it was a fake.
