About 7 months now. Never had the pairing issues people are talking about so can't help. I sometimes had a problem with weak bass. In my experience, bass is best reproduced when watching something with Dolby 5.1 sound. If the bass isn't impressive, you can try these two fixes: - Turn the device off and on again. It worked for me every time. From the mobile app, go to the woofer and move the slider up and down. I switch from high to low with a touch. I also move it back and forth. This has been working for me lately. I haven't tried it with the remote yet, so I can't say if it works. Hope this helps some people. Despite this annoyance I should have given 4 stars. The sound is very clear and precise. The bass is about as loud as you'd like if you had neighbors. It doesn't get 5 stars because of the weak bass that occurs from time to time. However, when it is filmed, you will never want to spend time and money visiting the theater. ***Update*** I ended up having the connection issues that others have mentioned. I had to connect the subwoofer and rear speakers to the soundbar on a daily basis. I remembered that I had an extra wireless dongle that came with either the rear speakers or the subwoofer. I replaced the old key with my unused one and connected everything. After replacing the key there were no problems with the connection. So if you have both a subwoofer and rear speakers, you must have an extra key somewhere. If not, I would contact the support team and ask them to send you a new key.
