Please note that this part is listed as 94009000 on the Hansgrohe support site but 94008000 is correct. Removing the old cartridge from the faucet can be difficult if there is limescale buildup. Laying out towels soaked in vinegar helped remove the buildup. By holding the top screw with a crescent wrench and the bottom screw with large pliers, the cartridge could be removed. I put plumbing grease on the new rails and installed them. It has worked for me for 11 years from the first cartridge to the leak, I hope to get the same or even more from it.
