Hansgrohe is an expensive faucet. You would think that the parts would last longer than 10 years. If this is not the case, the company must support their product. But that's not the case. This repair piece was just what I needed to stop the dripping. Ordering was easy and arrived quickly. Went in just as quickly, no leaks. Revain provided good service at an affordable price. If necessary I will return to re-order other items.

I have quality Hansgrohe lights in my custom made home. I have replaced 3 of these cartridges presented as genuine Hansgrohe products. The last one didn't even last 2 days when the "drip" started again. I went to a plumbing site and found a genuine genuine product that comes in a box, not that bubble plastic. You can notice the difference and haven't had any problems since. Don't waste savings of around $10 on $30 parts. Get the real thing and get it over with.

Please note that this part is listed as 94009000 on the Hansgrohe support site but 94008000 is correct. Removing the old cartridge from the faucet can be difficult if there is limescale buildup. This is a high quality brass replacement for a Hans Grohe faucet. So there is no arguing about the product. It's just as good as the original. But the ease of exchange is another matter.
