Size doesn't match the chart at all
As you can see, the tag is on the outside of the skirt (gross) and is a 120 (which really should be a 5t and not 1-2t but whatever). If you look at the size chart it says 120 is 16 inches, but this is closer to 20 inches. Instead of being a nice snug fit on my little one, it's very loose and would require a lot to get this to even stay on her
