Trying a knee brace for the first time and what a difference! It has given me support and strength when I need it most, like climbing stairs or bending over. Fully customizable to your preferences and needs. Made from durable material that can and should be machine washed although I would recommend using a thin pouch for packing. If you have knee pain and/or weakness in your knees this is a must. However, I do not recommend sleeping with it on!
