Programming is only available to resellers.
I used to buy D-BALL2 for my main memory, programmed it myself on the manufacturer's website and was very satisfied. I bought this DB3 for my Chrysler 200 and now the manufacturer has introduced restrictions requiring a reseller to program it. I don't see the point of paying someone $100-$200 to program and install something that just plugs in.
