Terrible Experience Shopping at AUTOVIC

AUTOVIC was the vendor from which I recently acquired some replacement components, and I have to say that the transaction was a complete and utter nightmare for me. Because the website was so difficult to traverse, it took me a considerable amount of time to locate the information that I required. The process of checking out was complicated and bug-ridden, and it initially refused to accept my credit card as payment. After I had eventually finished making the purchase, the components did not arrive for weeks, and when they finally did, they were the incorrect ones. When I attempted to get in touch with the customer service department, I was unable to reach anyone for several days, and when I eventually did, the representative was impolite and unable to offer any assistance. In the end, I was required to send the parts back in order to get a refund, which was a procedure that was both time consuming and frustrating. In general, AUTOVIC is not something I would suggest to anyone. Their website as well as their customer service is below average, and the headaches and anxiety caused by having to deal with them are simply not worth it. Avoid putting unnecessary stress on yourself and go shopping somewhere else.
